Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from our Texas warehouse during normal business hours*, Monday through Friday**, excluding Holidays.
We currently ship only within the United States (and its territories)

The standard shipping rate is free for US orders over $30 and $6.95 for all other orders.

* Orders placed on a business day before 1 pm EST via UPS Overnight or 2nd-day shipping options will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm EST or on a non-business day (weekends & holidays) will ship the following business day.

** UPS 2nd Day Air will not deliver on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays). However, our Economy and USPS Shipping & Processing rates will deliver on Saturdays. 

*** Taxes are not covered in our flat-rate shipping and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Any orders returned to Pareva Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 fee to cover the cost of re-shipping the order. Customers will be notified by our customer service team to confirm the correct shipping address. An invoice will be sent via email to pay the fee - once paid, the order will be sent back out to the corrected address.

 

Due to safety and contamination concerns, personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products) cannot be returned.
