Parëva™ Beauty Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 8, 2025

Welcome to the Parëva™ Beauty Ambassador Program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation as an affiliate ambassador ("Ambassador").

1. Affiliate Discount & Commission

  • Ambassadors will be provided with a unique affiliate link that generates a 15% discount code for their audience.

  • Ambassadors will receive a 10% commission on each sale made using their affiliate link or discount code.

  • Commission is applicable only on the first purchase made by a customer.

  • Discount codes are valid only on purchases made through parevabeauty.com and cannot be applied to purchases made through other retailers or platforms.

  • Ambassador Commission Tiers: Ambassadors may move up tiers in the program to earn greater commission percentages on sales:

    • Upon achieving 20 attributed orders, Ambassadors will earn 15% commission.

    • Upon reaching 100 attributed orders, Ambassadors will earn 20% commission.

2. Commission Payment

  • Commissions will be paid via Tremendous, which offers ACH bank transfers, prepaid VISA gift cards, merchant-specific gift cards, and other payout options.

  • Payment will be processed on a [insert payment schedule, e.g., monthly] basis.

  • Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring their payment details are up-to-date in the Tremendous system.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • No Coupon or Affiliate Sites: Discount codes and links may not be posted on coupon, deal-sharing, or affiliate aggregation sites. Any commissions earned from sales originating from such sources will be void and forfeited.

  • No Unauthorized Distribution: Discount codes may not be publicly leaked, shared, or sold outside of the Ambassador’s intended audience.

  • No Deceptive Practices: Ambassadors may not promote their links through suspicious sites, malware, or any platform that could be construed as deceptive or violating Parëva™ Beauty’s ethical standards.

  • No Brand Misrepresentation: Ambassadors must accurately represent Parëva™ Beauty’s products and branding. Any misleading or false claims will result in termination from the program.

4. Program Termination

Parëva™ Beauty reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation in the Program at any time if they:

  • Violate any terms outlined in this agreement.

  • Engage in fraudulent activities or misuse their affiliate status.

  • Fail to comply with ethical marketing practices aligned with Parëva™ Beauty’s values.

5. Amendments & Modifications

Parëva™ Beauty reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of significant changes and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Parëva™ Beauty is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from an Ambassador’s participation in the Program. Ambassadors agree to participate at their own risk.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of [insert applicable jurisdiction].

By participating in the Parëva™ Beauty Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
